| LEADER
Institute
The goal of
the LEADER Institute is to develop
the leadership skills of a diverse group
of young women. Offered twice a year to
high school students from across Franklin
County, the Institute is organized around
an interactive forum with skill building
experiences facilitated by women in the
local community. The LEADER
Institute succeeds because of the
efforts of a core group of women, leaders
in the community, who are willing to
volunteer their time and expertise. The
Institute is co-sponsored by the League of
Women Voters and is supported by numerous
area businesses and organizations.
Interested
students or volunteers should contact the
Educational Council at (614) 292-7744.
